Freya looked over at Thorfinn and honestly expected him to tell her how stupid that was. When he didn't she realized how worried he probably was, was she acting that weird? Or different? She didn't want to act different.

She took his hand but used her body weight and rocked back, trying to pull Thorfinn down to the ground with her. Leverage and gravity were great when used properly.

"I'm fine. Just sore and stupid. You didn't let me get ahead did you? Because if you did then you owe me a drink." Maybe not today. She didn't want to walk into any bar with dark bruises on her arms. She'd wait for them to heal and then think about dealing with society. Maybe sneak into a window so she could find a bed to sleep on. The ground was a lot harder now that she wasn't so resilient.
