Freya moved a few inches back as Thorfinn pulled himself free of the water. There was a smile on her lips and her light gray eyes shined with the reflection of the stars. Her eyes closed somewhat as what drops showered the space between them.
"Hey." Her palms lifted up to shield her face though it didn't really stop his splash. She returned fire, skimming her palm along the water surface and spraying Thorfinn.
