[Freya stares at her phone hating the initial thoughts that rose to mind. They were petty and stupid and once again she felt that weakness twist painfully beneath her breastbone. Her finger lightly ran over the area as if it might sooth the feeling. Nothing helped.

When he was a pup and still learning how to shift he got his head stuck in a jar. He could stay calm enough to shift into a pup to them remove the jar. I used to call him Jarhead only because it pissed him off so much. I think it's just something siblings do.
